One Week to Go Until NNF26 – A Region Moving Ahead

Only one week remains until NNF26 opens its doors, and we are truly excited to welcome you all! In just a few days, the venue will come alive with conversations, ideas, meetings, and new connections as we gather under this year’s theme: A Region Moving Ahead. We look forward to seeing participants from across the region and beyond come together to share insights, explore opportunities, and shape what’s next. As you prepare for your visit, we’ve put together a simple checklist to help you get the most out of your time at the event.

Before you arrive

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take a moment to:

  • Check the event location and plan your arrival, Venue for NNF26: House of People (Folkets Hus)
  • Download the event app, where you’ll find everything you need in one place
  • Send meeting requests already before the event to other participants directly through the app
  • Explore the full program and start planning your days (program in the app as well)
  • Have a look at the floorplan so you can easily navigate the venue –> Check also the interactive floorplan in the app!
  • Make sure you have your QR-code ticket ready (you’ll find it in your email) so you can collect your badge on arrival. Badge pick-up opens at 8:30 AM each morning
  • Let others know you’re attending by sharing your participation on social media!
