Nelly Ngoy Kubelwa is a Nuclear Engineer specializing in Instrumentation and Control (I&C) systems at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna. She is responsible for I&C activities within the Nuclear Power Engineering Section of the Department of Nuclear Energy and contributes to technical projects, working groups, and international meetings related to the safe, secure, and effective use of modern technologies in nuclear power. She currently leads the Working Group on Artificial Intelligence established under the International Network on Innovation to Support Operating Plants (ISOP)
