Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and has 15 years of HR experience across Swedish industrial organizations. Since March 2020, he has served as Head of Human Resources at OKG AB, part of the global energy group Uniper. OKG operates one of the world’s largest boiling water reactors in operation (approx. 1450 MW) and is also responsible for two reactors under decommissioning. With OKG aiming for extended lifetime operation of Oskarshamn 3, through 2065, Martin focuses on long-term competence supply.
