Helena has over 20 years’ experience in the regulatory and safety arena of the nuclear industry with companies such as Vattenfall, Westinghouse and Horizon. Helena brings with her a wealth of regulatory experience from different countries and technical areas, as well as UK specific Generic Design Assessments, and is leading on Rolls-Royce SMR regulatory and safety agenda.

Helena has held roles in nuclear licensing and analysis, project management, design authority and quality assurance with a proven delivery track record while focusing on safety.
