Ari Leppänen serves as Managing Director of TVO Nuclear Services (TVONS), Teollisuuden Voima Oyj’s advisory subsidiary supporting nuclear new build projects – including SMRs and large-scale plants – across all project phases, as well as supporting operating nuclear power plants in the continuous development of their operations.

Prior to his current role, Ari has extensive experience in nuclear power plant asset management, international responsibility for EPC delivery of pulp mills and conventional power plants on the technology supplier side, and leadership roles in industrial operations and maintenance service businesses.
