We are living in times where the coronavirus crisis has changed the world rapidly. It has significantly affected our way of life and our way of work. Meetings and even massive conferences have moved online. Business travelling has nearly stopped and more people are working from home.
Nations are making measures all the time to strengthen sanitary security in order to limit the spread of coronavirus. In Finland the number of new infections remains relatively low and therefore the risk of infection is low. At the moment, general health and safety measures in Finland include avoiding physical contact, maintaining a safe distance from other people and observing good hand and respiratory hygiene. Face masks are recommended to be used in public transport and in other situations where it is difficult to maintain 1 – 2 m distances from other people.
When organising the Nordic Nuclear Forum 2021, we monitor the coronavirus situation closely and measures needed are considered already at the beginning of the event planning. Your safety and wellbeing is our first priority and we make all necessary measures in order to welcome you in the best sanitary conditions.
We are also making sure that the event will be arranged in June, 2021 in all the circumstances. Even though you aren’t for one reason or another able to travel to Finland, we offer the possibility to benefit from the output of the event.
