Philippe Bordarier has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Teollisuuden Voima Oyj on 1 December 2025. He holds a Ph.D. and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), bringing over 25 years of senior executive experience in the nuclear energy and utilities sectors. Philippe has specialized in operations and project management, including leading nuclear power station operations and overseeing new nuclear plant construction projects.

His career spans a diverse range of leadership roles at EDF in France and the UK, Fennovoima in Finland, and PEJ in Poland. Most recently, he served at the Nuclear Energy Organization of the Netherlands. Earlier in his career, during the early 2000s, Philippe worked with the French nuclear regulator, the Office of the Minister of Industry of France, and held positions at ERAMET in France and the United States in the mining and metallurgy sector.
