Johan Lundberg is the CEO of OKG, the Oskarshamn nuclear power plant. During his 15 years in the industry, he has held senior roles on both the operator and supplier side. Johan focuses on strengthening organisational performance by combining technical expertise with leadership that centres on the individual. In a global environment marked by security threats and market volatility, he emphasises the importance of authentic leadership to build long-term, sustainable results. Johan also serves as Chair of NuclearSweden.
