Elina Martikka is the International Cooperation Manager at STUK, Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority of Finland. Her main duties are nuclear non-proliferation and safeguards. Especially she works with new type of facilities, such as geological repository and encapsulation plant, which are under construction in Finland. In addition, she is involved with nuclear newcomer countries, and leads practical cooperation between STUK and K.A.CARE of Saudi Arabia.
