As an Expert in the field, Michael Kruse from Arthur D. Little brings his insights on the European decommissioning markets to the NNF. Michael is a Partner based in Frankfurt and heads the Central European Energy & Utilities practice as well as Arthur D. Little’ global nuclear competence center.

Michael focuses on strategy and project development of large-scale capital investment programs in the power sector, with prime focus on nuclear projects. For more than 15 years, he advised clients in nuclear new build, operations performance improvement and decommissioning. On an ad interim basis Michael was the responsible Head of Decommissioning for Muehleberg nuclear power plant in Switzerland. Throughout Europe, he advised more than 10 clients in optimizing their nuclear decommissioning projects and introducing new business models for decommissioning services.
