Rich is the General Manager (Civil Nuclear UK) and Group Head of Supply Chain (SMR) for Rolls-Royce’s Civil Nuclear & SMR business, with responsibility for delivery of major system projects and SMR supply chain management.

Rich has 30+ years working within the nuclear sector gaining a wide-ranging level of experience developed in varying roles across the Nuclear (Civil and Submarines), Surface Ship and Gas Turbine businesses. A recognised authority within Rolls-Royce with respect to programme management, procurement and supply chain management. The majority of Rich’s career has been focused on the development and implementation of best practice within strategic supply chain development and he holds a comprehensive knowledge of class leading supply chain management techniques and processes.

Rich is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
